Getting started
What is cebric?+
A web platform for worker records, project documents, simple electronic signatures, safety records and expense reports.
Do I need to install software?+
No. Cebric runs in a web browser and the signing and expense flows can be used from a phone.
Can I start without a paid plan?+
Yes. Explore is a permanent free plan with defined limits. It uses the actual product, not a demo that expires after a few days.
Can I use Cebric without internet?+
No. Cebric requires an internet connection. You can take photos with your phone camera and upload them once you are online. Photos do not sync automatically, and upload, AI analysis and signing require a connection.
What do I need to get started?+
Create your account, verify your email and set up your company workspace. Have a worker document or receipt photo ready to complete your first task. Setup time depends on the information and processes you need to configure.
Are workers and administrative users counted separately?+
Yes. Plans have separate limits for users and workers. Users manage information in the platform; worker records hold their documents and assignments. External signers are available from Basic.
How does a worker sign a document?+
They open the signing request, review the document, give consent and confirm their signature in a browser, including on a phone. Cebric provides simple electronic signatures; suitability depends on the document and its requirements.
Does Cebric guarantee approval by my client?+
No. Cebric helps you prepare and track documents, requests and records. Your client decides whether they meet its requirements. Using Cebric does not by itself guarantee accreditation, site access or legal compliance.
Plans and billing
Which currency applies?+
Chile uses CLP prices including VAT. Other countries use USD.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. You can select a plan with more capacity as your operation grows. Scale conditions are defined in a commercial proposal.
What happens when I exceed a limit?+
Basic and Growth publish rates for certain additional usage. Explore does not support additional usage. Scale usage is negotiated.
Documents and signatures
Which type of electronic signature does cebric provide?+
Simple electronic signature. It is not automatically an advanced electronic signature, notarization or identity certification by an accredited provider.
Can I use my existing Word templates?+
Yes. You can prepare DOCX templates with variables and complete them with company, worker and project data.
Does cebric guarantee legal compliance?+
No. Cebric supports organization, traceability and evidence. Legal sufficiency depends on the act, the document, the configuration and applicable requirements.
Chile and integrations
Which integrations are available?+
ACHS for selected certificates and SII for supplier tax ID and legal name comparison in expense reporting.
Does cebric include risk matrices?+
Not yet. Risk matrices are on the roadmap. Slack and Teams are also future items.
How does cebric support records under DS 44?+
Cebric helps organize PPE, safe work procedures and records under Chile’s current DS 44 framework, but it does not replace preventive management or guarantee compliance.
