cebric was created to simplify that work. It brings worker, company and project documents together without forcing an organization to abandon the formats it already uses.

Projects and work sites often request documents by worker, company and period. cebric organizes that information so teams can see what is ready, what is missing and what is close to expiring.

For occupational health and safety, Chile’s current reference is Supreme Decree No. 44. Chile’s Labor Directorate provides a practical overview of its preventive management instruments.

cebric helps record PPE deliveries and Safe Work Procedures. It does not replace a professional risk assessment or guarantee legal compliance on its own. Risk matrices are on our roadmap and are not part of the available product yet.

What comes next

We keep available capabilities separate from planned work. Slack and Microsoft Teams are on the roadmap, with no public availability date. SSO and custom branding are designed around each Scale customer’s requirements.

The focus remains the same: less time assembling folders, chasing signatures and entering receipt data; more clarity for administrators and field teams.
