Expense Reporting
Definition
The process by which an employee reports expenses incurred on behalf of the company, attaching receipts (invoices, bills) for approval and reimbursement. In CEBRIC, this process is automated with OCR and artificial intelligence.
Practical example
A site supervisor scans a materials receipt with their phone. CEBRIC automatically reads the amount, vendor, and date using OCR, and sends it to the approval workflow.
