QR Validation Code
Definition
A validation QR code links a document to a page where its signature records can be checked. In cebric it helps users review the record associated with the file. The code is a way to access information; on its own it does not certify identity, integrity or legal validity.
Practical example
When receiving a document, scan the QR code and compare the page’s records with the file received. Also check the link’s domain and the type of signature required for the procedure.

Law 19.799
Law 19.799 governs electronic documents, electronic signatures and certification services in Chile. It distinguishes electronic and advanced electronic signatures, sets validity and evidentiary rules, and provides exceptions. The document and the act’s formal requirements determine the appropriate signature.
Simple Electronic Signature
A simple electronic signature identifies the signer of an electronic document through acceptance or authentication. In Chile it falls under Law 19.799. Its sufficiency and evidentiary value depend on the act, its formal requirements and the records retained; it is distinct from an advanced electronic signature.
